ELTA Design Team

P&T Consultants designed ELTA around the idea of elevated modern living, an interplay of horizontal and vertical elements that the brochure calls a dialogue between architecture and greenery. Its director, Kingsley Ng, describes a design that balances privacy and openness and adapts to the changing needs of family life.

EcoPlan Asia’s landscape, led by director Thanapong Boonyasiriwat, draws on childhood field trips and the idea of a treehouse: a forest framework around the clubhouse, a sky boardwalk, treetop decks and pods, a swing garden and vertical green on the car park walls. TW-Asia Consultants is the structural engineer, Rankine & Hill the mechanical and electrical engineer, and China Construction Realty the main contractor.

The Name and Idea of ELTA

The developer explains the name as a fusion of “elevated” and “alta”, meaning high, for a high-rise development that stands tall among the treetops. The Chinese name, 逸泰·雅居, pairs characters for outstanding and for Clementi with a phrase meaning elegant residences, the dot between them standing for the two towers and the two partners.

The project details page lists every confirmed particular of ELTA, and the latest updates record each step since.
