Personal Data the ELTA Website Collects
Personal data is collected only when an enquiry form is submitted. The forms ask for:
- a name;
- a mobile number;
- an email address;
- optional preferences, such as a unit type or a viewing time;
- any message added to the form.
Reading the project details, the location page or any other page needs no personal details.
How the ELTA Enquiry Data Is Used
Details are used to respond to the enquiry about ELTA through the Sales Concierge: sending the e-brochure, floor plans or price list, arranging a showflat appointment, answering a question, or, on request, sending news of the kind listed under latest updates. They are used for no unrelated purpose.
How the ELTA Forms Are Processed
Enquiries are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, recorded securely in a Cloudflare database and emailed to the Sales Concierge through Resend, an email delivery service; these providers process the details only to deliver the enquiry.
How Long the ELTA Enquiry Data Is Kept
Enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically. Earlier deletion can be requested at any time.
PDPA Rights on the ELTA Website
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, anyone may ask to see the personal data held about them, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw consent to its use. Requests sent to elta@officialsite.com.sg are handled within a reasonable time, and once consent is withdrawn the Sales Concierge stops all contact about ELTA.
Cookies on the ELTA Website
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which serves the site, may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example to protect the forms from automated abuse; these do not identify anyone by name.
ELTA Enquiry Data Is Never Sold
Personal data submitted through this site is never sold, rented or traded.
